WRITING COMMITTEE

This Committee was in charge of fusing the different documents presented by the Scientific Committee which came from their draft projects and discussions. This Committee was formed by:

• José Manuel Bandrés, Magistrate of the Spanish Supreme Court and Honor President of the Human Rights Institute of Catalonia.

• Carmen Márquez, Teacher of International Public Law at the University of Sevilla.

• Gloria Ramírez, UNESCO Chair of the Autonomous University of Mexico .

• Jaume Saura, President of Human Rights Institute of Catalonia.
