EU LEONARDO PROGRAMME
Internships are available for students of European universities at the Institute of Human Rights of Catalonia; they are carried out through the EU “Leonardo” programme which promotes the relation between the worlds of academia and work. During the period of the internship at the IHRC, the responsibilities of the intern will be:
- To collaborate in the organisation of the annual Human Rights Course as well as other courses and seminars on human rights.
- To collaborate in specific projects developed by the IHRC.

dRET AL DRET (Universitat de Barcelona)
As part of the University of Barcelona’s "dret al Dret" programme, the IHRC offers students internships in which they can gain experience in working in an organisation as well as carry out research in the field of human rights.
Only students in the 4th and 5th years of Law at the University of Barcelona are eligible for the internship, since they will collaborate in projects of a legal nature.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INTERNSHIPS (Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals)
Students from the International Studies Masters at the Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals can carry out professional training internships at the IHRC. The internships are for 6 months, but can be extended up to a year.
The intern will work as part of the IHRC technical team on projects suitable for their academic background.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INTERNSHIPS (Centre d'Estudis Internacionals)
Students from the International Studies Masters at the Centre d'Estudis Internacionals Barcelona can carry out professional training internships at the IHRC. The internships are for 6 months, but can be extended up to a year.
The intern will work as part of the IHRC technical team on projects suitable for their academic background.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INTERNSHIPS (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona)
Students from the European Policies of International Cooperation at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona can carry out professional training internships at the IHRC for a maximum of 600 hours.
The intern will work as part of the IHRC technical team on projects suitable for their academic background.
