{"id":7711,"date":"2013-10-09T22:00:01","date_gmt":"2013-10-09T20:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.idhc.org\/2024\/05\/29\/importante-correctivo-al-estado-espanol-por-el-retroceso-en-los-derechos-humanos\/"},"modified":"2024-07-02T10:54:55","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T08:54:55","slug":"importante-correctivo-al-estado-espanol-por-el-retroceso-en-los-derechos-humanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.idhc.org\/es\/noticias\/importante-correctivo-al-estado-espanol-por-el-retroceso-en-los-derechos-humanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Importante correctivo al Estado espa\u00f1ol por el retroceso en los derechos humanos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 9 de octubre, el Comisario de Derechos Humanos del Consejo de Europa, el Sr. Nils Nuiznieks, public&oacute; el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.idhc.org\/arxius\/noticies\/20131031_InformeCommCoe_ES.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informe sobre su &uacute;ltima visita a Espa&ntilde;a, entre los d&iacute;as 3 y 7 de julio<\/a>. En &eacute;ste se recoge su preocupaci&oacute;n por la situaci&oacute;n que se est&aacute; viviendo en Espa&ntilde;a, con un grave retroceso en el respeto de los derechos humanos, agravado por el actual contexto de crisis.<\/p>\n<p>En el informe pone de manifiesto como las medidas de austeridad adoptadas por las administraciones p&uacute;blicas est&aacute;n siendo especialmente perjudiciales para los colectivos m&aacute;s vulnerables de la sociedad, como los menores de edad o las a personas con discapacidad. En este sentido cabe recordar que la tasa de pobreza infantil en Espa&ntilde;a ha alcanzado ya el 27%.<\/p>\n<p>El Comisario advierte que las medidas de austeridad est&aacute;n minando el discurso de los derechos humanos y recuerda que el deber del gobierno es el de hacer cumplir la ley en la protecci&oacute;n de los derechos humanos. En este sentido afirma que <em>&ldquo;Los Estados deber&iacute;an contemplar estos periodos como oportunidades para ajustar sus sistemas nacionales de protecci&oacute;n de los derechos humanos y reorganizar su administraci&oacute;n, con objeto de mejorar la eficiencia de los sistemas nacionales de seguridad social, incluidas las redes de seguridad social que deber&iacute;an estar operativas cuando sea necesario&rdquo;. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Por todo ello, el Comisario en su informe pone de manifiesto situaciones especialmente cr&iacute;ticas que se est&aacute;n convirtiendo en habituales en el estado Espa&ntilde;ol, como los malos tratos que sufren los migrantes, los desahucios o la inaplicaci&oacute;n de la ley de dependencia. Situaciones todas que est&aacute;n poniendo en riesgo la garant&iacute;a de los derechos humanos, especialmente de los sectores m&aacute;s vulnerables de la sociedad. En este sentido, el Comisario tambi&eacute;n muestra su preocupaci&oacute;n por la actuaci&oacute;n cada vez m&aacute;s represiva del estado y la criminalizaci&oacute;n de la protesta.
